Exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA)
Exfoliating acids dissolve the bonds between dead cells so skin renews without scrubbing. AHAs (glycolic, lactic, mandelic) work on the surface and suit radiance, texture and superficial marks; BHA (salicylic) is oil-soluble and gets into the pore, making it the reference for oily skin and breakouts. PHAs (gluconolactone) are the gentlest and fit sensitive skin. The rule: use one at a time, at night, starting twice a week, and protect from the sun the next day. At the centre we apply them at professional strengths in peels; at home, the maintenance version between sessions.

- Oily skin: salicylic. Dry or dull: lactic or mandelic. Sensitive: PHA.
