The first consultation is free and comes before the pack is activated. If you've already bought it and the team sees that another treatment suits you better, the pack is exchanged for its value against that treatment.
Yes: the pack is paid when it's activated, at the centre or online here. That is what locks the anniversary price for every session.
The pack is personal. If you'd like to gift sessions to someone else, the gift card makes it easy: an amount or an experience, with its code, redeemable against any treatment.
While the anniversary campaign lasts. A pack you've already bought keeps its price whatever happens to the price list.
Choose the pack, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and it arrives by email with a code. Show it at reception and each session is deducted from its balance, which you can check on the pack's own link.
