This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose and under what conditions, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Depending on your relationship with us, we may process the following categories of data:

• Identification and contact data: first name, surname, phone number and email address.
• Appointment and service data: requested treatments, dates and preferences.
• Health data related to the aesthetic treatment: when necessary to carry out a protocol safely (for example, allergies or skin conditions). This is special-category data that is only processed with your explicit consent.
• Browsing data: technical information collected through cookies and third-party services (see section 8).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Managing your appointments and providing aesthetic services. Legal basis: performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures.
• Responding to your enquiries made by phone, email or WhatsApp. Legal basis: consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Carrying out protocols that involve health data. Legal basis: the explicit consent of the data subject.
• Complying with legal obligations (tax, accounting and health-related). Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
• Sending you commercial communications about our services, only if you authorise it. Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as you maintain a relationship with us and, once it ends, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities (generally, up to 6 years for tax and accounting obligations). Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

5. Recipients of the data

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. Some providers access data in order to deliver services to us (for example, our online booking platform, web hosting and communication tools), acting as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. International transfers

Some of our technology providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer is carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the European Commission).

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to esthetiquejadore@gmail.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies and third-party services

This site uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to function. In addition, we embed third-party content that may install its own cookies when you interact with it, in particular Google Maps (location map) and YouTube (videos). These providers process the data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can configure or block cookies from your browser settings.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the state of the art and the risks of the processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or to changes in our services. We will publish any modification on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
