Exosomes and PDRN
Exosomes and PDRN are the new generation of regenerative actives. Exosomes are vesicles that carry signals between cells; in skincare they come from plant or cell-culture sources and support recovery after peels, microneedling or laser, and dull skin losing density. PDRN (polynucleotides) is used in repair and soothing formulas. To be clear: the evidence for topical use is more recent than for retinol or vitamin C, and we see their best results as a complement to in-cabin treatments, not a substitute. That's why we recommend them mostly in the weeks after a protocol at the centre.
