The .521 Silhouette Pants Refill is the activator that makes your treatment pant work again. Each refill holds 120 ml of the same gel with phosphatidylcholine, caffeine, carnitine and collagenase the original pant came with, formulated for fibrous cellulite and areas with uneven texture.
It's simple to use: hand wash the pant, let it dry, spread the refill over the inside and it's ready for the next 30–60 minute session with the thermal pant over the top. The gel absorbs well and leaves no sticky residue.

How to use
