How we work

Every treatment starts with a diagnosis. We look at the skin with light and with judgement, ask what you use at home and what you want to change, and only then suggest a protocol. If what you need is less than you thought, we'll say so.

We work with non-invasive treatments and proven technology (HydraFacial, Icoone, Indiba, radiofrequency, microneedling, laser) combined with manual work. The first consultation is free and without obligation.

Why we sell skincare

Because the result of a session in the treatment room is kept, or lost, at home. The products in the shop are the same ones we use in our protocols: Biologique Recherche, iS Clinical, Natura Bissé, DMK, HydroPeptide and the other brands you'll see at the centre, bought from each brand's official distributor in Spain.

We don't sell what we wouldn't use. Every product page is reviewed by the aesthetician team, and if a product isn't right for you we'll tell you which one is, even if it's cheaper or we don't stock it.

How we choose brands

Three criteria: results we've seen in the treatment room, a technical sheet that holds up (actives, concentrations, tolerance), and a laboratory that stands behind it with training and support. We prefer a few brands we know well to an endless catalogue.

Buying with peace of mind

Secure payment processed by Revolut (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay), delivery in 24–48 h to mainland Spain and free from €100, free pickup at the centre and 14-day returns on unopened products. Any question before or after buying is answered by a person from the centre on WhatsApp or email.
