Bakuchiol
Bakuchiol is a plant extract studied as a retinol alternative: without being a retinoid, available studies show a comparable improvement in lines and tone with far less irritation, and it doesn't carry retinol's restrictions in pregnancy and breastfeeding. It's the option we suggest to sensitive or reactive skin that wants to work on firmness and radiance without retinol's adjustment phase, and to anyone who wants a renewal active they can also use by day.
