NB·Ceutical Eye & Lip Makeup Remover is the bi-phase remover from the line Natura Bissé dedicates to sensitive skin. Shake the bottle, the two phases blend and dissolve waterproof mascara, eyeliner and long-wear lipstick in seconds, with no rubbing on the most delicate part of the face.
It feels fresh, does not sting and leaves none of the oily film that blurs your vision. Green tea extract refreshes and calms, so eyes that tend to redden during makeup removal are grateful for it. When you are done, lashes and contour are clean and soft, ready for eye cream.

How to use
Shake the bottle well to blend the two phases. Soak a cotton pad, hold it on the closed eye for a few seconds and glide outwards without rubbing. Repeat on the lips. Continue with Tolerance Cleanser for the rest of the face.
