Impurity SOS Spot Treatment is Doctor Babor's emergency gel for the spot that shows up right before something important. Its complex of salicylic acid, succinic acid and zinc helps dissolve the excess sebum feeding it and calm the inflammation, while panthenol and allantoin look after the skin around it.
Apply with a clean fingertip; it dries quickly and leaves no mark, so make-up can go on top. Within hours the redness drops and the spot looks flatter; in a day or two it's usually all but gone. Vegan formula, free of silicones and parabens.
