Is this a genuine product?
Yes. Everything in the shop comes from the official Dermalogica distributor in Spain — the same stock our aestheticians use in the treatment room at Avenida Diagonal 369.
When will it arrive?
We ship within 24 hours on working days and delivery takes 1–2 working days in mainland Spain. Shipping is free from €100; below that it's €4.90. You can also collect it for free at the centre.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is unopened and the seal is intact. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged or wrong — then we sort it out at our cost.
