8.0 Complete is the "from within" part of the DSD de Luxe method. Sixty capsules that give the body the nutrients involved in hair, skin and nail metabolism: B vitamins, zinc, sulphur amino acids and antioxidants, plus plant extracts that help modulate 5-alpha-reductase, one of the enzymes involved in hormonal hair loss.
It will not change your hair in a week; what it does is correct the deficiencies that often sit behind fine, dull hair or hair that sheds more than usual. From the third month onwards you tend to see denser hair and nails that chip less.
We pair it with the line's topical treatments so the issue is worked from both sides.

How to use
Take two capsules a day with water, ideally with a meal. One pack lasts a month; keep it up for at least three months to see results. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
