Toléskin [DS] is Biologique Recherche's first food supplement with live cultures. It contains two selected strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus helveticus, and is part of the brand's Toléskin programme for sensitive skin, alongside the topical products Toléskin [C] and [M].
The idea is to work on sensitivity from the inside: a more stable gut balance usually goes hand in hand with less reactive skin. Take one capsule a day before a meal, with a large glass of water, for one month.
