NB·Ceutical Eye Recovery Balm is the eye contour for anyone who tolerates almost no eye contour. It is an effective yet delicate balm-gel that helps reduce the discomfort of sensitive skin around the eyes, while working on the most common signs: puffiness, dark circles, dryness and expression lines.
Vitamin PP and bisabolol calm and decongest, aloe vera hydrates deeply and a selection of actives helps soften lines. The texture is cool, absorbs fast and does not migrate into the eye. From the first application the gaze looks more rested; over the weeks, the contour is smoother and less reactive.

How to use
Morning and evening, pat a minimal amount gently with your ring finger around the eye, from the inner corner outwards, stopping short of the mobile lid. Keep it in the fridge for a stronger decongesting effect.
