Helios3 is Biologique Recherche's sun supplement. It brings together natural carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene), omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids, and antioxidant vitamins and minerals (A, E, selenium, zinc and copper) to support skin through the three phases of sun: before, during and after.
Take one capsule a day, starting a month before exposure, and continue during and for a month afterwards. Skin arrives better prepared, the tan tends to be more even and last longer, and that worn-out feeling at the end of summer is reduced.
It does not replace sunscreen. It is the perfect complement to Préparation U.V. and Protection U.V.
